Massage is considered as a magical language, helping parents to connect emotionally and listen to the body of the baby. Proper massage will bring many benefits such as helping blood flow more easily, bringing a better sleep, improving the digestive system, helping the muscles and bones develop well. In order to help parents be confident in taking care of their babies, American International Hospital (AIH) will hold a prenatal class on September 22 with the topic: "BABY MASSAGE - HOW TO DO IT PROPERLY?". This class aims to give parents visual instructions on how to massage their babies.
