MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính, bao gồm chuẩn bị tài liệu JCI (photo, in ấn, sao chép, lưu trữ,…)
Tham gia hỗ trợ tổ chức các buổi đào tạo, workshop và họp liên quan đến công tác quản lý chất lượng.
Hỗ trợ thu thập, phân tích và tổng hợp dữ liệu chất lượng để phục vụ báo cáo.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hành chính khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng bộ phận.
MÔ TẢ
Ưu tiên sinh viên có trình độ Đại học chuyên ngành liên quan đến lĩnh vực y tế.
Ưu tiên có tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
Thái độ hợp tác tốt, tinh thần làm việc theo nhóm cao.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe
Kỹ năng vi tính: Biết sử dụng vi tính thành thạo: Words, Excel.
