AIH LAUNCHES ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING RESULTS

Starting February 10, 2025, the American International Hospital (AIH) will implement a new system for delivering diagnostic imaging results through the Paramed platform, replacing paper-based results and film images. This change applies to the following technical services: Computed Tomography (CT-Scan), Digital X-ray, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, and more. This initiative allows customers to access their diagnostic results quickly and conveniently through simple steps. It aims to enhance the customer experience by bringing satisfaction and modernity to healthcare services.

► Guidelines for accessing online diagnostic imaging results on the paramed system at American International Hospital (AIH) 
Step 1: Submit your documents/doctor's indication at the Patient Service Counter.
Step 2: After the results are available, you will be provided with the login information, including:

• Access link

• Username and Password 

Step 3: Access the link https://med.aih.com.vn/ and enter the provided Username and Password.
Step 4: You can view your diagnostic imaging results.
Step 5: Returns to your primary specialist for result consultation.
